Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. I scheduled the rebuild, once they arrived they replaced drywall and repainted efficiently, with the same attention to our belongings as during the mitigation work.
