We definitely felt like we were in good hands. Another huge job required carpet removal and cleaning of an entire three floor house, which was left cleaner than we ever thought it could have been cleaned. A project involving the removal of basement insulation had the team cleaning, sanitizing and leaving the basement almost sparkling clean. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Patchogue!

For me, I believe SERVPRO went above &beyond to make this very stressful experience as easy as possible. Rich Delfino & his teams were polite, respectful, and clean. also patient with my many questions. I hope I never have another claim issue, but if I do, I would definitely contact SERVPRO.

So far, 5 stars to SERVPRO of Patchogue, specifically Avery, Bill, Sean, Sal, and Eileen, who quickly took care of scheduling everything. They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!
