DiPaolo was active in wrestling from 1949 to 1965, where he made a name for himself as an athlete and an entertainer. Those who don’t know him from his wrestling certainly know him for his restaurant, Ilio DiPaolo’s, which has been serving fine Italian cuisine in Blasdell for years.
