SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque
Katrina and Niko Southall
Katrina and Niko are the owners of SERVPRO Northwest Albuquerque. Niko has been in the restoration business since 1999, and was part of the storm chase team for many years doing large jobs throughout the United States. Katrina graduated from the University of New Mexico with a science degree. She worked as a scientist for the New Mexico Scientific Laboratory for almost a decade. Together they have a 7 year old daughter, and opened SERVPRO Northwest Albuquerque in 2017. Now they, along with their team, are proudly serving Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills, North Valley and surrounding areas!
Christopher Proctor
Christopher Proctor is the Production Manager of SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque. He has over 16 years of cleaning and restoration experience. He is IICRC certified, and always ready to tackle the job.
Emma
Emma is our office puppy! She brings so much joy and laughter to all of us every day she is here. Don't be shy to come in and meet our Emma Darling! She sure loves to meet new people.
Elijah Hernandez
Eli is our youngest crew member but his experience in the field is quite expansive. Elijah has shown excellent customer service on multiple occasions.
Anthony Griego
Anthony started in our marketing division in September 2023.

About Us
SERVPRO® of Northwest Albuquerque, operational since October 2017, was founded by Niko and Katrina Southall. Their journey began with a simple dream of owning their own company, which they successfully transformed into reality. Niko, with nearly 20 years of experience in restoration and a passion for the field, faced a health setback in 2011, leading him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of New Mexico, completing it in May 2017. This educational achievement paved the way for the establishment of their own restoration company.
The choice of SERVPRO® was a result of Niko's coursework, where he conducted an extensive project to identify the world's best restoration company. After thorough research, SERVPRO® emerged as the optimal choice for purchasing a franchise. Niko and Katrina wholeheartedly committed themselves to realizing their dream.
Niko, Katrina, and their team hold high certifications in IICRC water, fire, mold, crime scene/vandalism and upholstery restoration ensuring not only education but also extensive experience in their specialized field. Our franchise's training, experience, service, history, and commitment to making it "Like it never even happened."
Expressing gratitude for their team and their community outreach during emergencies, Niko and Katrina emphasize their love for their neighbors. Both being Albuquerque natives, they cherish the beauty of the city. Despite the rarity of natural disasters in the area, they want fellow residents to know that they stand ready to help at any time, day or night.
