Meet Our Team

Tony Pierce is the Branch Manager at SERVPRO of Farmington. Tony is licensed and certified by IICRC and CSLB. Ryan is a Master Restorer CCT, RRT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, and HST. He has several years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Lead Technician Certification, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Bio Hazard, Carpet, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. He also holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage and Fire/Smoke Restoration and has completed the ECTP. Whatever the cause of the damage may be, Tony knows how to mitigate it.

Since 2014, Jenni has demonstrated her dedication not only to SERVPRO of Archuleta, La Plata, Montezuma, & San Juan Co’s, but also to our customers with her strong integrity, empathy, and consideration for others. She is our Content Manager certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration with IICRC. Jenni is also an Esporta Certified Operator, and experienced in using our Assured Software Program. She handles content cleaning, inventory, and manages any pack-outs that arise making sure all items are effectively handled, taken care of, and accounted for.

Wesley is one of our Production Managers at SERVPRO of Farmington/Aztec/Bloomfield. He has 8 years of restoration-related experience and holds WRT, ASD & AMRT Certifications. He has a strong knowledge of the industry. He really loves helping our customers.

Cory is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has 25 years carpentry experience and is able to solve the most complicated restoration & put back issues we come across on our projects.

Juan quickly became one of the most efficient Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Farmington and was noticed for his exceptional customer service and production knowledge of water and mold claims following his IICRC training. He works and communicates with our Crew Chiefs and office staff to ensure that every customer is satisfied and the restoration services we have provided are satisfactory. Everyone knows they can count on Juan to jump right in and help with any task.

Jayden is one of our hard working technicians. He is based in Farmington, NM and is able to respond to NM based calls in a timely manner to help prevent post call damage while the rest of the team rallies to the site.

Fio is the Administration-Generalist for SERVPRO of Farmington, Aztec & Bloomfield. She works entering data, preparing documents, picking up phone calls, in general, she is a big support for the office manager. When she is not working, she is enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding.

Marjorie Vilchez is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Farmington, Aztec & Bloomfield. She is very enthusiastic and loves helping our customers with any type of loss. She also does Accounts Payable. Marjorie is originally from Lima, Peru, and has been in the valley for over 4 years.

Kristi is our first line of contact for most customers and is compassionate about the stressful situations our clients are experiencing when they call us. She is WRT certified and interfaces with your insurance company to help make the process go as smoothly as possible.
