Storm Damage Restoration

During the night, a Thunderstorm occurred and our neighbors tree blow down onto our house. Extensive damage occurred to our house.

Our Windows were damaged,  Shingles and Roof decking were damaged, Rain water poured into our property.

I contacted SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford and they provided Emergency services, along with Clean up, and Restoration build back services.

I referred SERVPRO to my neighbor for his cleaning and restoration services.

We really appreciate all that you guys did for us.  Your staff is terrific.  We will recommend you to anyone who needs help after any event. I would like to thank SERVPRO of Washington Woolwich for promptly responding to a water disaster that occurred in my rental property here in South Jersey. They were onsite within the hour. They pulled up the carpet and the padding. They then sprayed a "hospital grade" anti-microbial disinfectant. When they were done, they set up their large dehumidifiers and a number of air handlers in a very short period of time. I am happy to report that we were able to get the unit cleaned up, repaired, and "rent ready" before the next reservation arrived. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their sense of urgency, and their overall competency. Well, my water heater broke and flooded my finished basement. It was finished and looked great so you can imagine I was very upset. My insurance agent recommended SERVPRO, but not just any SERVPRO, she told me to call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich. So I went to their website and I decided to continue with them since their website was very informative... Nowadays I won't go with anyone unless I can read about them on their website, and they even had a few different social media with tips and facts. When they showed up they were all in uniform with a nice vehicle, they were very fast and careful. I was surprised by this. I had never heard of them before. Anyway, they got the cleanup all done in a couple hours and had all their equipment drying out my entire basement the same night. They even recommended a bunch of trusted contractors for me. Joe was the guy's name and he was so patient with me and my wife throughout the whole thing. Recommend every time.

My Franklinville home was hit by a snow last Saturday. A 40ft. tree that had died, fell under the weight of the snow and landed on my home, went through roof attic and landed in a bedroom and destroyed it. She attended the female role as a watched during this time of urgency. What a wonderful service that I had no knowledge about. Although there is still work to be done from different contractors, the team from SERVPRO has made this catastrophe less difficult to bear.
