- Karl opened this SERVPRO Franchise in 2002.
- Certifications include ASCS, ASD, WDR, IIRC, ECTP, and F&R.
- Karl has a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering in addition to 2 years of Architectural Study.
- He has worked in all aspects commercial and residential construction and remediation on projects ranging from $1000 to several 100 million dollars.
- On his spare time Karl enjoys watching/playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Maria Navarro
Controller
- Maria has been with SERVPRO Team Spinner for over 10 years.
- She has completed SERVPRO's Carpet and Upholstery, Water Restoration and Fire Restoration Employee Certification Training Programs.
- Maria plays a key role in mentoring new team members, helping to maintain SERVPRO Team Spinner’s high standards and team culture.
- She has strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
- Maria loves outdoor activities, spending time with her friends/family, and dancing.

General Manager
- Previous owner of SERVPRO Northern Sussex County & SERVPRO of Wayne for 18 years
- IICRC Certified in WRT, ASD, FSRT, & AMRT
- Jack has a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from St. John's University
