Recently we had a Codo Unit Washer hose burst, which affected several units, on the 2nd and 1st floors.

Our Insurance company, suggested we call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich so we did. 

The Project manager and crew performed emergency services and dried up the affected units and performed the Buildback reconstruction services as well.

I am writing to you today in reference to the water loss that I had at our School Building.  I  would like to commend your staff on how helpful they were to prevent secondary damage, from a Water Pipe Burst, inside the 2nd floor bathroom. From the time I called to the end of my loss, your technicians, office staff, managers were all absolutely wonderful.  I had so many questions and your staff answered all of them in a timely and knowledgeable manor.  If I ever need your services in the future, which I hope I do not, I will call your company without a second thought.  I will also recommend your services to all my family and friends.  Thank you very much everyone at SERVPRO of Washington / Woolwich.

Fortunately, I have never had to use SERVPRO for my home, but I am a member of Rotary Club of Washington Township. The club had flags that we would use for parades, fundraising events, etc. The flags were seriously damaged by water and were covered in mold. They smelled awful too! The club thought we would have to throw them all away - that is how bad they were. However, SERVPRO took them and cleaned them all up. The flags now look new!! We couldn't believe it! They got out the horrible smell too. Also, SERVPRO is a member of the Rotary so you know they support the community as well.

Isaiah is is a good as it gets. Professional, efficient, knows his job. This is the second time my basement flooded in 2 months and I was so lucky to get isaiah again. He wants to make sure he does not have to come back again for another clean up.

I am a Property Manager, and was referred to the SERVPRO franchise owned by Scott O Donnell off of rte 47 in Westville. I cannot say enough good about the work he and his men did for me. They were professional and helpful, got in and did the work without wasting any time. Came back daily as promised to check the drying progress and did not leave their equipment any longer than absolutely necessary. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not remove or take anything to the dump that was not authorized by me first. The owner went toe to toe with the insurance company to make sure they paid for mold damage that was discovered when he removed wet insulation. He took photos of the damage to prove what needed to be done. The crew was consistently monitor their equipment and logging everything that happened. After three water and sewer disasters in a couple of weeks, I was very happy to deal with a professional outfit that worked as hard as they work. And they worked around my schedule so it was done at my convenience. Not one minute was wasted and I have no complaints. People that had bad experiences with other franchises should not assume they are all bad. Scott and his men were the best I could have ever hoped for to clean up my Commercial Property so I could have it properly repaired. I would highly recommend this SERVPRO franchise to anyone who needs clean up after a disaster in their Commercial Property.

The SERVPRO crew from WASHINGTON / WOOLWICH New Jersey was amazing. Our Commercial basement flooded with water during the big last summer when our whole block flooded. Not only were these guys super friendly and responsive, they explained exactly what needed to be done and then they got the job done quickly and painlessly. I am happy to report that they sent a crew right out to start cleaning up the mess. They spent hours vacuuming up the water and moving our furniture. Then they placed big dehumidifiers and air movers. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process. I would recommend SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich to anyone I know.
