Meet Our Team

Jack is the Operations Manager, and he has been with SERVPRO of Atlantic City | Hamilton | Hammonton since 2009. Jack has several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Odor Control Technician. He is also certified in Crime and Trauma Scene Clean up by American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA). Jack has over a decade of experience in property damage restoration. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family.

Kathy is the Office Manager. She has been with SERVPRO of Atlantic City | Hamilton | Hammonton since 2008. Kathy oversees all of the day-to-day business functions of the office and coordinates the same duties with our other Southern New Jersey Franchises.

Zach is our Construction Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of the rebuild process, which is the reconstruction after any damage is repaired. Zach started his career with our Franchise in 2019. He lives in the Oakland area and loves spending time playing sports with his kids.

Keith Hauguwout is our Remediation Supervisor, and he has been with our Franchise since 2013. Keith has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He is also certified in Crime and Trauma Scene Clean up by American Bio-Recovery Association. Keith has previous experience in the Sheet Metal and HVAC trade, which greatly helps with his position as Remediation Supervisor. Keith is local to the Hammonton area and enjoys spending time with his family.

Minerva is our Business Development representative for the SERVPRO Team Fabiani Franchises in Southern NJ.

She is active in her community and serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce and Co-chair of their Hispanic Business Committee. She is a Board Member and Public Relations Committee member for Gateway Community Action Partnership and is a member of the Partnerships and Recognition Committee for the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Minerva also serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army Vineland Corps.

Minerva is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling, cooking, paper crafting, and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Vineland.

Cristian is a Remediation Supervisor. He has been with our Franchise since 2020 and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. As a Crew Chief, Cristian is the lead contact for our production team on commercial and residential job sites.

Matthew Logue is an Estimator for our Franchise and has also served as a Business Development Representative. He has been with our Franchise since 2010 and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control and Applied Microbial Remediation. Matthew is local to the Atlantic City area and enjoys computer technology.

Renee is an Estimator/Administrative Assistant. She has worked at SERVPRO since 2009. Renee holds a certification for Water Damage Restoration from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). She ensures that all facets of our electronic job files are accurate and complete.

Robert is our Equipment Repair Technician. He's the guy you call when something breaks - because if a piece of equipment can be fixed, Robert already knows how! He's been with our Franchise since 2011 and likes to spend time with family when he is off from work.

Orestes Artis is a Remediation Technician and has been with our Franchise since, January 2020. He likes to go by the name "Reese" and is one of two Artis men working at our franchise! Reese pays attention to the details and helps to make the work onsite go smoothly!
