We had a small fire in our body shop. Austin Smith with SERVPRO came out to inspect the damages and explained what the process would be to get out shop back in working order as far as the cleaning. Austin was very professional in explaining the process and advised me he would need a week to the tear out and do the cleaning. Austin was a man of his word and him and his crew worked after hours to get it all done while trying not to disrupt our daily business. The crew that was here were all very polite and professional and had it all cleaned within the time frame initially stated. I was very pleased with the progress I saw every morning when I walked into the shop. Everything looks awesome and our shop is cleaner than it has been in years. We had several years of built up dust in the rafters and walls and it is all clean now. I will recommend Austin and SERVPRO to everyone I see. They are a very professional company and made the process painless.

I cannot recommend SERVPRO of East Meck. /Matthews Charlotte highly enough. We returned from a vacation to a massive plumbing leak that devastated our master bathroom. SERVPRO was recommended by our insurers, and had done some work in our neighborhood so we immediately thought of them. The team immediately jumped on the project, using their resources to stop the damage, remove the damaged components (which was completely everything) and used very high tech drying equipment to remediate the damage. We think so much of their work that we are planning to use them for replacement and new construction to get the bathroom back to where it needs to be. A++ for SERVPRO.

This SERVPRO team did a fantastic job. From the outset they were communicative, professional, and followed through every step of the way. The thoroughness of their work was most appreciated and the restoration they provided to our flooded basement truly exceeded my expectations.

He worked around our schedule and made sure we were comfortable and aware of the process. His crew was friendly and professional and made us feel like valued customers at all times, especially Tom who went to great lengths to communicate and keep us in the loop.
