Nick and Tanner were amazing technicians who took great care of making sure all of our mold was removed and were excellent at communicating with us through the entire process. We have had 2 major water damage events a year apart. SERVPRO of Missoula responded to both emergencies immediately! We live in a modular home and they were very knowledgeable and rebuilt walls and fixtures better than new. Their equipment dried everything out quickly and the staff was very conscientious about our belongings. I cannot say enough good about them.
Unfortunately we had called the competitor first but they treated us very unfair...so we called SERVPRO and were very happy with how kind and concerned they were....Chad's entire crew was super nice and helpful!! Hopefully we never need you guys again:) but if we do we are calling you guys immediately!!
