We recently had a small kitchen fire started from our oven. We were looking for recommendations when a friend suggested that we call SERVPRO South Chesterfield because they were very pleased with the service they had received when using them. So we did. They were very understanding during our initial call as they took our information and scheduled with us to be at our home that same day. Their assessment was very accurate and they even spoke with our adjuster to authorize the cleanup. SERVPRO was very thorough and efficient in their process and I was very comfortable allowing them to handle our claim. I am back to cooking again in my kitchen and I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in such a need.
