I can’t imagine more responsible, efficient and personable people to work than those from SERVPRO who came in assessed the water damage, and rapidly removed damaged drywall and insulation, cleaned up and dried wood floors before any mold could appear. I had been aware before of SERVPRO’s excellent work in a large public building where I had worked and was so glad I had them to care for my home.

SERVPRO was on top of it. They came out swiftly (even though I was a non-emergency) and were extremely helpful and professional. They were happy to explain the process to me, and explained what could and could not be remediated. I would recommend them to anyone with water in their home (my issue).

Great crew, efficient and clean!

Jeremy and his team came in and cleared out what needed to be cleared in a clean and timely manner. Jeremy was respectful each time he came back to check the moisture levels and it was clear he does his job well. I appreciate the efforts of these guys greatly and would highly recommend to anyone else that ended up with a flooded basement.

I am a longtime State Farm agent in Columbia Missouri.  I asked Jake (with your local SERVPRO franchise), for his supervisor’s name because I told him I wanted to make some positive comments about the great service he provided one of my clients on a claim SERVPRO handled for us. Jake and the team he had at the Wright’s home were great, and made sure the water mitigation for my client was handled quickly, and thoroughly! 

Jake was also very responsive when I e-mailed him a couple of questions I needed his help on. My office has used SERVPRO several times recently, and they also have been very helpful, and always determined to give our mutual client great service!
