Fernridge, Missouri is a small community within Creve Coeur, Missouri, which is in St. Louis, Missouri. The population of Creve Coeur was slightly less than 19,000 as of 2020.

History of St. Louis
The city was founded officially on Feb. 14, 1764 by Gilbert Antoine de St. Maxent, Pierre Laclede and Auguste Choteau—three Frenchmen who were leaders of a local fur trading company that had been granted land in this region by France's King Louis IX—The area was named after King Louis IX of France, and when St. Louis County officially drew its boundaries in 1877 and separated from the city itself.
