Buckner is a city in Missouri with a population of about 3,000 people. Established in 1875, the town was used as a stop on the Missouri Pacific Railroad. This railroad was one of the original railroads west of the Mississippi River at the time, so Buckner was well-known as a depot. Had a sump pump failure. These guys came out within a very short time after calling and got to work to remove the water, damaged carpet, and start on drying everything out. Everyone was professional, very nice, answered all questions. Hope to never need their services again, but if we do we'll be calling them.

EVERYWHERE and we were beside ourselves not knowing where to start....Matt and his team came out at a weird hour and helped us SEEMLESSLY with the cleanup and claim details... they were quick to respond... professional and helped us move forward in a speedy manner. Would HIGHLY recommend this group!!
When you are more than 500 miles away from home and your finished basement floods, one can feel as if they are cornered, have no choices, and will be taken advantage of during the resolution; however, that was NOT the case with SERVPRO of Blue Springs, MO!! My gigantic problem was treated as a top priority job as if it was their own home. From the first frantic call I made about water-soaked carpets, soiled drywall and the unknown cause, SERVPRO’s team prepared an assessment, mitigation and clean-up plan. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire process, but also continued to give me feedback, answer lingering questions, and made me feel comfortable with my unavailability to be on site. Professional, confident, and extremely knowledgeable is how I would describe these experts. "Like it never even happened." is SERVPRO’s motto and they live up to it. Highly recommend and am beyond grateful for absolutely everything.
I was out of town when the team began work on my house. The team was responsive to all communication and did an excellent job getting equipment set up quickly to start the drying process! I can’t thank Ryan, Lindsay, Dustin and Roxanne enough for there hard work!! Good job guys!!
