SERVPRO of St. Cloud
John & Kris Reichle
John and Kris are the owners of SERVPRO of St. Cloud. They have been in the construction field for 30 years. Throughout that time, John has been the builder in building over 400 homes. This experience and knowledge is used everyday at SERVPRO of St. Cloud when it comes rebuilding or drying out the projects.
In addition to that experience, he has been an independent insurance adjuster. This has enabled him to understand the importance relationship that insurance providers have with their clients.
Both, John & Kris, are strong believers that communication is essential to having customers happy, even despite the difficult circumstances.
Brett
Brett is always succeeding at his role of Project Manager at SERVPRO of St. Cloud He is ready for any task that is thrown his way while always coming in with an energetic and reliable attitude.
Brett has completed his bachelor's degree at Bethel University.
Courtney
Courtney is our Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of St. Cloud. Completing her bachelor’s degree of Marketing at St. Cloud State University has allowed her to use her education and creative ideas to succeed in the field. Her positive attitude and dedication to be innovative will continue to be a good asset.
Mitchell
Mitchell is a hard-working Mitigation Manager who works in water and fire disasters. His experience and ability to take initiative make him a great asset to the crew at SERVPRO of St. Cloud. He completed his education at St. Cloud Technical & Community College.
James
James has a great attitude every day when he comes into do his job as a Mitigation Manager. He is eager to continuing learning all aspects when it comes to fire, water, and mold. His hard-working attitude and dedication to learning will continue to add to his knowledge in the field.

We had unexpected flooding from our second floor that ran to our basement. It affected all three levels of our home . They arrived within a few hours of being called and were already addressing the issue. The team had a plan in place and put my mind at ease letting me know they would take care of it . They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were out to the home every day . We have are also a family of pet lovers and they were respectful of our animals and took the time for them to get to know , so our animals were not stressed when the team was in and out of the home working . They are very professional, courteous, kind , understanding and caring. I can honestly say without the team I had I don’t know how our family would have gotten through this first step of getting our home back together!!!
We had a pipe burst overnight in our upstairs bathroom. The water damage was extensive. Called SERVPRO in the morning and they were onsite within the hour. They were so quick to help with the water cleanup, setting up drying equipment, demolition of flooring, walls and ceiling of our home. The guys helped pack up our personal items and furniture. I was so grateful. The entire team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in every way. The entire team is a class act! Easy to work with and dependable!
We had a great experience with this company! The workers are friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and it was quality work. Our furnace filters do not get dirty right away anymore. Yahoo!
While we would hope people don't have to deal with water damage like we did, I have nothing but great things to say about the SERVPRO - St Cloud team. We worked with Trevor, Justin, James, Brian, and Brandon. They were extremely professional and very friendly. We knew our house was in good hands with them. They even gave us advice on how to proceed with insurance and contractors. Seriously top-notch service. Highly recommend!

Brian walked me through the process and described what was being done and what our next steps were. I had so much going on already, I was so grateful for his kindness and communication. SERVPRO has continued to work with our insurance and answered all of our questions whenever we have them. I couldn't be happier with their level of service! Thank you!
