Gene Pehrson
Gene has been the owner of SERVPRO of Aitkin, Carlton and West St Louis Counties for 9 years. He is a disabled veteran. His favorite part of the work he does is understanding a home from the very beginning to the very end. Knowing how it was built, to best help the remediation/repair. He is certified as a building contractor and in bio-hazard, radon, subrogation, mold remediation & testing, lead renovation, Master IICRC water damage, advanced drying, applied anti-microbial, carpet, textiles, fire & smoke restoration and electronic technologies.
Heather
Introducing Heather, our devoted General Manager originating from Grand Rapids. Heather's dedication goes beyond assisting customers in crisis; she's equally focused on supporting her team. Beyond the office, Heather delights in cheering for her sons at sports events, immersing herself in the outdoors with her dogs, and tending to beautiful gardens.
Beverly Peterson
Beverly is a Project Manager out of our SERVPRO office in Hermantown, and she serves Duluth, Superior, and the surrounding areas. Beverly has over 6 years of experience working in restoration and is very knowledgeable in mitigation, restoration, the rebuilding process, and even the office work that happens behind the scenes. Hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude have helped Beverly develop into a Project Manager that is committed to helping our customers navigate through difficult days. Outside of helping customers and staff, Beverly loves spending time at the lake with her family and cuddling with her pets at the end of a workday.

My husband and I woke up one night to a flooded basement. Come to find out our sump pump failed and water had backed up into our fully furnished basement. I called my insurance and SERVPRO came out and were very punctuation, kind and knowledgeable to all my questions. Thanks to them they eased my mind and my basement was dry with in a couple days.
