Josh has been a dutiful Production Manager, here at SERVPRO of Livonia since 2015. Prior to coming to SERVPRO, Josh was an insurance adjuster for 3 years. With experience from both sides Josh is a great asset on any claim. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree at Eastern Michigan University and is also IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration.

Darlene has been a member of the SERVPRO team in Livonia for 10 years, as our Contents Manager. She is an upbeat ray of sunshine. Even though dealing with a Water or Fire Damage situation may be daunting, Darlene will put your mind at ease. Darlene is an efficient and high energy team member!

I recently had a broken pipe in our vacation home. It was nerve wracking being out of town while this occurred, but SERVPRO took care of everything! Josh, the manager, communicated all aspects of our loss efficiently with both my wife and I, and our insurance adjuster. Their team took great pride in the work they did to our home. I just returned home from checking it all out and it really is just "Like it never even happened."

THANK YOU SERVPRO Livonia!! They permanently removed a horrible odor from our home with their Ozonator back in November 2017.
Odor was gone within 48 hours. I tried months of DIY attempts without success. My only regret is not calling them sooner!!
I am beyond happy with SERVPRO! Waking up to 3" of water in your basement is awful. SERVPRO responded quickly and took care of the dry-out and the reconstruction of our basement. Our whole experience was seamless in an otherwise hectic situation. I recommend SERVPRO to anyone dealing with water damage. They are the best!
Extremely prompt, professional and polite. Joshua Truel from the Livonia location and his workers have done an amazing job at our home. The drywall and paint are impeccable. They were respectful of our home, keeping everything as neat and tidy as is possible on a job site. I appreciate prompt responses from Josh whenever I had a question. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
Jaclyn did a great job cleaning up a bug infestation situation I had in my basement. She was quick and professional. She went above and beyond, with actually cleaning cobwebs and moving items around to make sure the job was thoroughly done.
Darlene and Pedro did a fantastic job. They were so hard-working and professional and very easy to be around.
We appreciated Darlene's personal reassurance and kindness, rare in those who do such a hard job.
