Angela
Angela wears many hats as the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville and she manages many behind the scenes details that make our office successful. Before joining us in August 2015, Angela was the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Belfast. Angela has experience in everything about our business, from production to estimating. In addition to managing our very busy office, Angela is responsible for coordinating our SERVPRO employee training program. Angela holds IICRC (Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications in Water Damage Cleanup (WRT) and Applied Structural Damage (ASD). Angela enjoys spending time with her family.
Blake
Blake is a long-time employee here at SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville. Blake worked his way up with our company starting as a production technician in 2008 to his current position of Production Manager, in which he oversees all aspects of our job process. Blake is a skilled estimator and he can quickly identify the scope of work needed due to his many years of experience at SERVPRO. Blake has industry certifications in water damage restoration, advanced drying techniques, fire and smoke restoration, and biohazard remediation. Blake has proudly served our country and he is a two-tour-of-duty Iraq war veteran. Blake and his wife enjoy spending time at home with their young son. Blake is also an avid beekeeper and he is very active in his community.
Matt
Matt is experienced in all aspects of what we do. He is industry trained and certified. In his role, Matt trains and provides direction to our newer employees. In his spare time, Matt loves to spend time outdoors to take in all the beauty that Maine can offer.
Dennis
Dennis recently joined our SERVPRO crew as a Production Technician. Dennis is willing to learn and has done a good job incorporating the SERVPRO way into jobs. When not at work, Dennis enjoys being with his girlfriend and enjoying the outdoors in Maine-especially fishing!
Scott
Scott joined the SERVPRO family in 2019 and has quickly become a go to production technician in all aspects of cleaning. Scott owned his own cleaning business for a number of years and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our crew. Scott recently bought a house nearby with his girlfriend of many years and he has 2 adult children. When not at work, Scott loves to watch sports and spend time fishing.
Katrina
Katrina is a newer addition to our office staff. As her role as Office Admin, Katrina will likely be the first person to speak with a customer. Katrina has a lot of experience working in customer service industries and she gets to apply that every day here at SERVPRO. She is an invaluable member of team as she interacts with customers, our crews and management, and she keeps the office on task! When Katrina is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her Mom, who happens to work with her at SERVPRO.

Anthony and his team at SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville are phenomenal! When a pipe busted and flooded the lower level to our home my wife and I were absolutely overwhelmed. We made a few phone calls and SERVPRO of Augusta assured us and responded expeditiously despite us being over an hour north of Augusta. SERVPRO Technician Allison and her crew were on scene the same day, very quickly despite the distance. They reassured us and went to work immediately carefully moving furniture and getting our home dry and clean. Anthony worked diligently with our insurance to ensure all was squared away and less for us to worry about. The SERVPRO team worked very hard for three days to ensure our home was dry, clean, and mold free. I can't say how thankful my wife and I are for the professional, diligent, and rapid response from SERVPRO of Augusta. I hope you will never need their services, but in the case that you do, it is very comforting and gratifying knowing that Anthony and his team are more than ready, willing, and capable of getting the job done.
Great service to have available! After our hot water heater blew out and flooded the basement SERVPRO was here within a reasonable time after getting the call. The scheduled around our schedules to check on the progress of drying out the basement. It was all done in a timely manner and to our great satisfaction. The staff were all very polite and professional, yet friendly. I would certainly call them again! :)

I had a severe mold issue in my bathroom. SERVPRO came out quickly and assessed the situation, then worked with me to quickly and efficiently remediate the mold issue. Very helpful and professional. I would use SERVPRO for any project, large or small.

SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville was founded in 2003 and is locally owned and operated by Anthony Wolverton. Located at 7 Townsend Road in Augusta, our franchise has helped thousands of customers and has long-standing ties to Central Maine. Commitment to Our Community
The owner, Anthony Wolverton, grew up in Maine and has been deeply involved in the community. I have spent a great deal of time wearing coaches’ hats for various soccer teams, baseball and softball teams, and hockey teams. My family and I have been instrumental stewards of youth programs by serving as board directors to help manage and guide these programs to better serve our community. As the saying goes, "it takes a village" to make a community strong and that means we contribute our time and our resources whenever we can. In addition, most of our crew hails from Central Maine and are selfless volunteers as well. We have a Marine Veteran and Army Veterans on our staff who have served both our country overseas and our community here on a local level. We are extremely proud to have multiple volunteer firefighters on our staff who we value and admire. As a team, we know the area and the people of Central Maine well and we are committed to helping others so our community can continue to thrive.
