We had a house fire. SERVPRO came out the day of the fire and immediately got to work. This was later in the evening, around 7pm or so. A rep came out and starting taking pictures and assessing the damages. Within a day they were set up and began working. They were extremely good about communication, whether it be text, email or call. They were good about scheduling things such as inspections with our schedule. It was a big project but we were back in our home within a few months and could not be happier with the restoration. The house looks brand new.
