Fireworks afterward add to the celebration of Juneteenth Weekend. These replace the fireworks of the July 4 River Concert.
Students enjoy honors-level programs in psychology, anthropology, sociology, physics, and several other traditional programs but with a more robust classroom culture. Other programs include neuroscience and Chinese culture & language. Student-created programs are also available, enabling the development of highly unique programs that benefit graduates.
