They were quick and professional. Carlos was outstanding with communicating with me as to what time he would arrive, what he and his team would be doing... He could tell I was visibly upset with the situation in my house and he was very empathetic, which was nice and much appreciated. I pray I am never in this situation again but if I was, I would welcome Carlos and his team to do the work with no hesitation.
