Christopher Connor - Production Manager
Christopher (we call him Chris) joined the SERVPRO®; family July 2013. Chris is a family man through and through. He loves spending time with his kids, working on cars, riding dirt bikes and working. His favorite sports teams are the New York Nicks and Jets.
Chris has more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of cleaning and restoration, which is why he also does all of the carpet cleaning for us. There is much to know about carpet cleaning to thoroughly clean and get the best results without damaging the carpet. Experience is the best teacher, but Chris is also certified in carpet cleaning (CCT) by the IICRC, so he handles all carpet cleaning jobs for us.
Chris holds other certifications as well: Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation (CMRS), Blood Born Pathogens, Crew Supervision, and he is certified in our internal job management system.
Jonathon Frakes - Production Manager
Jonathon joined the SERVPRO®; family in January 2015.
Jonathan holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire Damage Restoration (FSRT), and Odor Control (OCT).
He is also certified in Blood Born Pathogens, Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Restoration, Crew Supervision, Commercial Business Development, Commercial Staffing, Commercial Clients and Stake Holders, Commercial Subcontractor Vendor and Resources, and Commercial Equipment. Jonathon is also certified in our internal job management system.

Zachary Britt - Production Manager
Zach joined the SERVPRO®; family October 2015. He has 10 years of restoration experience and it shows in his work, which is exemplary. Zach is a wonderful Father to his daughter and son, and they are his pride and joy!
Zach holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Odor Control (OCT). He is also certified under the EPA's Lead Safe program.
He also holds certifications in Crew Supervision, our internal job management system, Commercial Restoration, Commercial Subcontractor Vendor and Resources, Commercial Equipment, Commercial Staffing, and Commercial Clients and Stakeholders.

Matthew Garcia - Production Crew Chief
Matt Joined the SERVPRO®; family in 2020. Matt is a great technician. He has two cats which are like his children that he loves very much. Matt also loves to sing, and he’s been told he has a good singing voice.
Matt is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Nicole Dyer - Sales & Marketing Manager
Nicole is so much more than her job title, and we are fortunate to have her on staff. She is originally from Texas but came to the Waldorf area from Florida. She graduated from North Point High and attended The College of Southern Maryland. With two dogs and two cats, she is definitely an animal lover!
Nicole is in charge of customer relations, and she takes it upon herself to see that each customer has an excellent experience. So that has her engaged at every step of the process, including seeing that the Production Team provides an exceptional level of service to each customer.
