After years of co-ownership, Pat & Michelle Lavigne officially took the helm of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and SERVPRO of Danvers/Ipswich in late 2019, acquiring SERVPRO of Stoneham/Wakefield not long after. They came out in an emergency situation late on a Sunday night. I was amazed that we were able to get this service at that time. They did what they could that night and then came back the next day to complete the cleanup. They were a lifesaver in a very tough situation.
