I know that I will never be completely at ease with this mitigation/restoration/insurance process (I definitely don't want more practice at it either:)), but you definitely helped me feel that it is a manageable one. I appreciate that SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont was responsive to my situation and my needs by patiently providing detailed explanations and updates almost every day to reassure me that quality work was being done and progress was being made to restore my home and life back to normal as soon as possible. Your team was extremely professional, always on time, warm and understanding. Most importantly, I think the team did a meticulous job demolishing/sanitizing/cleaning the kithen cabinets, floors, and wall. Excellent experience and highly professional and respectful of our home, especially when we had severe water damage. Melvin was our representative on site and he was excellent to work with, very responsive and highly knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend SERVPRO of Belmont/Cambridge highly enough! We discovered an area of mold in the non-profit I volunteer for, and it needed to be dealt with immediately. I called SERVPRO and they jumped into action. The owner, Michael, was fantastic and very accommodating to our tight schedule. Sergio, Roberto, and their team of workers were all polite, efficient, and very professional. They worked quickly and went the extra mile to make sure the area was thoroughly disinfected, clean and dry. We are so grateful for their help and will continue to use their services!

I had to call the general SERVPRO number a few times until I heard back but once I was in touch with Michael and Chris, and Sergio in the Cambridge , I got quick follow up and an effective and affordable solution. Sergio was flexible, patient and communicative about his methods to help fix my issue.

My bathroom had mold growing around the tub and on the walls and ceilings. SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont got rid of all the mold, I feel comfortable in my house again thanx to them!
