Magnolia is a small village in Gloucester, Massachusetts, located on the Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts town line in the southwestern part of the city. Straddling the town line between the two communities is Surf Park, a two-acre swath of land that has scenic views of Kettle Cove and the city of Gloucester. SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann was a pleasure to work with for the cleaning of our office and shelter space at Family Promise North Shore Boston. I'm so happy with the SERVPRO (Beverly) team that helped clean up water damage in my shop. They arrived quickly, got to work right away, explained everything they'd be doing and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They talked with the insurance companies for me, set up environmental testing that needed to be done and trash was hauled away so I didn't have to deal with it. I dealt with Frank and Danny the most, but the entire team was friendly and approachable. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
