Owner and Operator
Patrick Butler is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. Patrick moved to America from Ireland in 1989 and spent 11 years working in aircraft and then 20 years and counting owning the Northeast location of SERVPRO. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.
Michael Butler
Business Development Manager
Michael Butler works to develop business relationships, manage projects and help when losses hit business and home owners in Southwest Wichita. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, and Odor Control. He loves solving problems and getting customers back to normal.
Debbie Wiley
Office Manager
Debbie Wiley is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita and has 9 years’ experience helping our customers through the restoration process. Debbie makes your call to our office a seamless experience and makes sure all of your questions are answered. She verifies that our insurances and certifications up to date so you can feel secure that when you call SERVPRO you are getting a certified and insured expert.

Production Technician
Carey Nading is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. Carey has been working with us for three years and has an expert eye on how to tackle fire damage cleaning projects. Her soot and smoke cleanup projects come out looking "Like it never even happened."

Hannah Nuzum is the Marketing Support Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. She is our newest employee that started back in May. Hannah handles and creates the social media and website content and is always looking for fresh ideas to support our marketing strategies.

Carson came out on a Sunday night to help us and the team came out on Monday and they worked all day and everyday until the job was finished. We used SERVPRO after our basement flooded. The entire team was amazing! Ro (our rep) actually came to our house to make sure we were taken care of! These people care about their clients! I would highly recommend them ! They took the stress out of the entire situation! Made our family feel at ease.
