Raymond
Raymond is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties. Raymond has been with us since August of 2012.
Raymond joined the United States Navy in his junior year of high school and served for 10 years.
Raymond is certified as a forklift operator, and has his CPR certification. Raymond has a Master of Water certification and Master of Fire certification, antimicrobial restoration technician, and carpet cleaning certifications under the IICRC. He is also a certified lead renovator.

I enjoy sports and spending time with my family.
Tony
Tony is a Production Manager in the production department at SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties. He has been with us since December 2016. He is always quick to jump in and help whenever the need arises.
Tony enjoys spending time with his son, Rogan. Prior to joining our team, Tony was helping others in the HVAC and plumbing industries.
Tony is certified under the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
A little about me:
I love to help those around me, however I can. My free time is spent enjoying time with my family, gaming and going to church.
Amber
Amber is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties. Amber joined our team in March 2019. You can often find Amber working in the contents department, cleaning contents affected by fire, water or mold damage.

SERVPRO, led by John Mantor, in the New Castle/Indianapolis, IN area is a top quality company. I've taken a tour of their facilities and know the owner and some of their workers personally, and they are of the highest character. They offer top notch restoration of most any kind at a very reasonable price (of course having good insurance helps as well....LOL).
I highly recommend them and visit with the owner whenever I'm in that area.

Service. It’s something John and Delmy Mantor take seriously, and it’s why they opened SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties in 2009. The Mantors wanted a way to help the people around them and to serve them in their time of need. For the first year, John operated the business from a home office and as the business grew, they moved into a larger office located on South Main Street in New Castle. The franchise continued to grow and expand causing a need for a larger facility to house the increased number of team members and equipment. In the summer of 2014 SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties relocated to their current location near the main campus of Henry Community Health on North 16th Street in New Castle.

John and Delmy have called New Castle home since 1999. They raised two sons within this community and developed lasting friendships with many families and friends throughout Henry County. Delmy is very active in the community helping wherever she is needed. You can often see her helping out with local charities or helping members of their church who need an extra hand. John can be found on the ball diamonds during baseball season, as he is an avid ball player and coaches Babe Ruth baseball. John does a lot in the community with Breakfast Optimist as well. New Castle is home to the entire team here at SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties, allowing us to be invested in the future of our community and our customers’ needs. As we’ve grown, our mission has never changed. We serve the people, the businesses, and the organizations of Henry and Randolph Counties that help make our community great.
