I am a Project Superintendent with a large construction management firm and was finishing up an Assisted Living project. In one of the 2nd Fl. Wing ceilings, a water pipe fitting failed, causing a flood in the hallway and floor below. Of course, this happened at 3:30 pm, and I needed access the damage, and clean up quickly because there were already tenants living there. I remember using SERVPRO years before and decided to give them a call. They were on site within an hour and started immediately to clean up water damage, open walls and removed wet insulation, set up fans, and dehumidifiers. SERVPRO worked into the evening and did not leave a stone unturned.

We had two sprinklers burst last week 8 hours apart with significant damage. Carley and his team from SERVPRO of Benton, Japser, Newton and Southern Lake Counties were phenomenal with their expertise and mitigation.
I have used SERVPRO 4 times in past two years. I flip houses and have price shopped many times and they are always at or near the lowest price. The quality is impeccable. On one house, the buyer had an independent tester come out to make sure there was no mold (passed with flying colors). Recently, I purchased a mold infested lake house. I could not spend more than two or three minutes in the house it was so toxic. They scrubbed it out and now we spend weekends there with no mold anywhere!!!!! They are fantastic and reliable. I highly, highly, highly recommend them!!!!!
Overall we were satisfied with the work the crews did.
