SERVPRO's on-site team member's were on time and they made sure to leave everything looking great.
I felt it was necessary to give my opinion of my encounter with this company. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and my experience with them was wonderful. I am a grandma raising my grandson. My grandson is in several sports in high school. The locker and weight room was in much need of sanitizing, due to a great deal of usage, and the parents became concerned and discussed taking action. I was appointed to get quotes from various companies to see the cost of getting the problem resolved. I spoke to Jim Frangella, at SERVPRO, and he immediately began steps to give us a remedy. He spoke to the Head Football Coach, went to the school and assessed what needed to be done. The coach was just as impressed as I was with the friendliness, concern, and professional performance. Jim let the coach know that there was to much humidity in the air and donated a dehumidifier to the school. In addition to that he is going to air blast the room and suggested wall scrubs. The parents are so grateful to Jim and SERVPRO. He said they will keep in touch with the school to see if anything else is needed. We parents feel a relief knowing our children will be working out in a better environment. Thanks guys!
