Ruth P
Ruth has been with SERVPRO since 2019 and currently serves as General Manager, overseeing both restoration and reconstruction operations. With a strong background in team leadership and project management, she ensures every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
With a passion for helping others recover from unexpected events, Ruth brings professionalism, integrity, and hands-on leadership to every project. Her commitment to excellence continues to drive SERVPRO’s reputation as a trusted leader in restoration and reconstruction.
Tanner H
Tanner is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. He manages content pack-outs of homes and businesses that have been affected by major damage. He oversees digital cataloguing, content cleaning, and proper storage in our secure facility. Tanner has been involved in the restoration industry for the majority of his career and is an expert user of the Esporta Wash System for textiles, Ultrasonic Cleaning System for hard contents, and Ozone technology for deodorization. He is certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician.
Cody H
Cody is the Reconstruction Estimator at SERVPRO of Gurnee. His time is spent managing our mitigation team and their day to day activities and projects. He has been involved in construction trades from a young age, and he puts that experience to use daily to be sure projects are finished correctly and on time. Since coming on board with SERVPRO in 2013, Cody held roles ranging from water technician, to crew chief, to estimator, to production manager, reconstruction project manager before taking on his current role as our Mitigation Manager. He is certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.
John R
John is a Mitigation Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Gurnee. He joined the team in 2020, bringing with him many prior years of industry experience. John is proficient in mitigating water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage, and he specializes in emergency board up services for residential and commercial properties that have sustained damage from vandalism, falling objects, or vehicle impact. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
