Although my restoration project was overwhelming, staff at SERVPRO got me through it. First, the office staff spent a great deal of time communicating with my insurance company to ensure appropriate coverage. Next the water mitigation stepped in, removed water-logged materials, then completed a dry-out. The move-out team carefully packed, then placed my belongings in a safe place while repairs were being completed. Finally, the construction team did an extraordinary job putting my home back together. The floors, ceiling, and walls look like new. They were friendly and professional; addressed all concerns. This is my second experience with SERVPRO and very pleased with services on both occasions. Thank you.
