Tyler Hargis is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello and SERVPRO of Logan, working alongside his wife, Emily, to lead and grow both franchises. A second-generation SERVPRO owner with over 10 years of industry experience, Tyler brings a deep understanding of restoration services, from estimating to project management. He is especially knowledgeable in working with insurance providers, helping customers navigate claims with clarity and ease. Known for his personable and approachable nature, Tyler is often praised for his sincere concern and consistent follow-through. In addition to managing local operations, he also travels across the country to assist with large-scale storm recovery projects, offering critical support in times of widespread disaster. His combination of technical expertise, customer care, and leadership makes him a trusted figure in both his community and the broader SERVPRO network.
Emily Hargis

Emily Hargis is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello and SERVPRO of Logan, operating alongside her husband, Tyler Hargis. A second-generation franchise owner with over a decade of experience in the restoration industry, Emily plays a key leadership role in both locations, helping guide daily operations and team development. She is deeply committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture, focusing on employee growth, well-being, and professional excellence. Under her leadership, the teams provide specialized fire, water, mold, and cleaning restoration services across Idaho and northern Utah. Emily’s passion for fostering a happy, healthy work environment is central to her approach, continuously encouraging her employees to become the best version of themselves.

Job File Coordinator
Teresa Rowe works diligently with your insurance adjuster to gain approvals and attains all documentation needed to move forward with any water, fire, or mold restoration project.
Scott Conlin
Business Development Manager
Scott oversees the business development team, works with local sponsorships, and ensures SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello is effective in its marketing campaigns. He is always prepared to conduct an Emergency Ready Plan for any business, and properties in the greater Pocatello/Chubbuck area.

Treston assigns jobs to the crew chiefs and their teams to ensure a fast mitigation process. He is also our office's estimator ensuring we have a scope of work as soon as possible.

Becky and Judy are our contents team. Together they're main goal is to make sure your items and valuables affected are cleaned, restored, protected and returned in a timely manner.

Brayden manages our rebuild process and team. He deals with contractors, obtains your insurance's approval to move forward with your rebuild project to make it "like it never even happened."
Brayden provides safety training to all our staff to ensure every job goes according to plan.

SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello has been serving Shelley, Blackfoot, Aberdeen, Chubbuck, Pocatello, McCammon, Lava Hot Springs, Soda Springs and surround areas of Idaho since June of 2017. All our staff are put into ongoing SERVPRO corporate training and certified to follow IICRC Guidelines and OSHA regulations.
