If you want a professional company that calls you back, shows up when they say they will, and does what they say they can do, this is it. As a Realtor, I am constantly scheduling contractors when a home needs a job done so that my buyers and sellers can be happy. I needed some air ducts cleaned out for a home in Blackfoot and you wouldn't believe how hard it can be to find electricians, plumbers, handymen, and other pros when so many don't even call back, or they don't show up, or they say they are weeks or months out, or it turns out they don't have the right equipment for the job but SERVPRO didn't offer any excuses. They communicated and told me when they would arrive and they had a can-do attitude about getting the work done. Now we are finally one step closer to closing, thanks to SERVPRO. Definitely keeping this one in my contacts list.

Used SERVPRO for 2nd project. Agreed to a timeline and a contracted scope and price. Things took significantly longer and more complex than agreed terms. SERVPRO and I had discussions about that and how to resolve. They were professional in their response and we resolved it to both of our satisfaction. Anyone can write a 5 star when things go right, I think it is a better reference on how a company responds when things don’t go as planned. They have retained me as a repeat customer.
