Post Falls is a small, but rapidly growing historic town, drawing many from out of state to settle in this beautiful town. Home to the historical Treaty Rock, the location of an agreement between Coeur d’Alene Chief Seltice and Frederick Post. This agreement allowed Post to use a portion of Seltice’s land to build a mill on the river, which is now Falls Park, an incredible sight with powerful waterfalls formed by the Falls Park Dam.

During a high wind/snow event I ended up with snow in my attic. I was unaware that I had a problem until warmer weather and water started leaking from the ceiling in several rooms of my relatively new home. SERVPRO is absolutely amazing. So my daughter was and still is super sick all the time. But finally getting it under control. We had mold in our home in the roof by the furnace. So it was going through the home. Insurance wouldn’t help cover the cost to fix it. I get a call the next morning from a friend saying I needed to go down to her work because there was a lady there who would like to talk to me. So we talked. She was polite, amazing and willing to help. She brought her guys in that day and the next day and few other days to see what we could do and how to do so. They helped us fix the problem and fogged our home to kill the mold. My daughter can actually breathe and sleep better at night knowing the air is clear. I’d choose these guys every time. They came in with smiles ready to help. Well worth it.
Wow! My wife called while I was at work and said the basement flooded. Water had gotten underneath LVP and a Bar area. The team was on scene in less than an hour and although we had the visible water cleaned up they pulled minimal moldings and placed equipment to dry everything out. 24 hours later everything was dry! Jeremikah, Brandan, Cody and Gavin were all professional, efficient and displayed excellent customer service! Will definitely recommend them to anyone that could use their services! A +
