Water Damage Cleanup & Repair

I really can't say enough good things about this company. My parents house had a pipe break in the kitchen which ruined the kitchen floor, cabinets, part of the ceiling collapsed in the basement, ruined carpet in basement & the list goes on. Unfortunately all this happened back in June when everyone else was having water damage also. It was a long process but I can't Thank Ryan, Lathe & the employees of SERVPRO & Boji Builders for getting the house back to square one!!

SERVPRO worked very hard to get all my carpet out of the basement they even got rid of an old sectional for me. Very happy with their quick service on my basement issue. Would have them back anytime I needed service.

So my mother lives in Spencer. She had a water leak that caused water damage. So I did some research and told her to contact them. When I say they are the best I mean it! Professional, Proficient, Excellent service. I truly appreciate them for taking care of my mother. Thank you guys again! I told her to put their.number on speed dial for any damage caused by water again.

We want to thank SERVPRO Spencer for taking such good care of us when our basement flooded last Spring. They were here right away to help us extract the water and then worked tirelessly to get us back up and running again. Their team of Mike and Matt were very professional and their attention to detail was much appreciated. We also hired them to replace our living room ceiling. Thankfully Mike and Matt did that job too and truly cared about each and every detail and it turned out beautifully. They were a joy to have around and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the jobs they did for us. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Spencer!

We called them when we had a pipe burst in our basement. They were very quick in responding. They had a very professional team come and take care of everything! We were so pleased with the entire process! They made a bad situation better!

SERVPRO fixed some water damage at my work back in Dec 2019. They did a wonderful job and were excellent at answering questions we had about things.

I have used SERVPRO for many years to clean carpets in my rentals as well as my own home and they have always done an excellent job, it is appreciated! January of 2019 I had a water line burst in a rental home. They came as soon as I called to clean up and also proceeded to handle the demolition and reconstruct all the damaged areas. Hired the subs for me as well. Also worked well with my insurance adjuster. It was as close to hands off as it could be. Did an excellent job and in a timely manner.
