Brian works to put all the pieces together to ensure the location's success.
Michele
Michele is the COO for SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
As COO, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly while aligning with the company's overarching goals.
She maintains the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
- Water Removal Technician
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
She is also HIPAA certified.
Travis
Travis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
He creates business plans and goals to ensure company success and client satisfaction. He also monitors various company divisions such as the production, office, and marketing staff to meet objectives and track revenue.
Jenna
Jenna is the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
She will lead the team and review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, etc.) pertaining to construction projects, and ensure staff is ready to perform the job efficiently and within compliance.
Nick
Nick is the Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
As Business Development Manager, he will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives to expand our market presence.
He maintains the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):

- Lead Safe Renovator Certification

Reegan
Reegan is the Account Manager at SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
He meets with potential clients, completes the Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs), and discusses the benefits of emergency event preparation. This helps our clients prepare for future events and creates brand awareness.
Ronda
Ronda is a Controller at SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
As Controller, Ronda is responsible for all accounting-related activities of the company. Ronda has been part of the SERVPRO restoration industry for over 12 years.
She also holds a certificate from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician.
Alena
Alena is our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
Alena assists with office tasks including general phone calls, reviewing client accounts, and contributing to general administrative aspects of our SERVPRO location.
Jesse
Jesse is a Mitigation Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East.
He helps leads our team in restoring and mitigating residential and commercial buildings after damage occurs. He ensures established procedures are followed by demonstrating a high level of customer service.

Yeah SERVPRO you helped save our elementary school.
We had a water damage in our school on Saturday. We called on Sunday morning and by Sunday at noon we had SERVPRO on site extracting water, setting equipment, and spraying antimicrobial.
We are very thankful for all of your help in getting us back into our house after our fire. The house is cleaned and smelling way better then it did and thanks SERVPRO for all of your help.
