Jason is our CFO and has 15 years experience in the Industry. Jason presently has Triple Master Certification. IICRC 'Master' Certification is a combination of a variety of classes. There are 3 different 'Master' certification categories. Master Textile, Master Water, & Master Fire & Smoke.

Dave is the Warehouse Manager for SERVPRO of the Davenport/Bettendorf and has been a part of our team since 2017. He has several years of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Trauma & Crime Scene. He specializes in duct cleaning, fire & water. Dave is a Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids in his free time.

Lynn is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities. and has been with us since November 2020. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and she specializes in water damage mitigation, sewage damage mitigation, and estimating and billing. She has a love for books and loves to read. One of her favorite things to do in her spare time is spending time with her daughter. She also likes to go fishing and horseback riding.

Farren Streb is our Accounting Specialist at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. As our dedicated Accounting Specialist, Farren plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our restoration company. With a strong background in accounting and attention to detail, he ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, payroll, job costing, and financial reporting. Whether it’s managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling statements, or ensuring compliance with industry regulations, Farren brings precision, integrity, and efficiency to every task. His expertise allows our team to focus on what we do best—restoring homes and businesses with quality and care. In his spare time, Farren likes gardening, reading and spending time with his dogs.

Christa Hyatt is our Accounts Receivable Specialist at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. With a keen eye for detail and a strong background in financial management, Christa ensures smooth and timely billing and collections for our restoration projects. She works closely with clients, insurance companies, and our internal team to manage accounts efficiently and maintain positive relationships. Known for her accuracy, professionalism, and customer-focused approach, Christa plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of our company. Christa started out at SERVPRO as a Restoration Technician. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. A fun fact about Christa is a Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars Fanatic!

Rianne Brinker is our Human Resources Specialist and Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. Rianne has over 10 years of experience in HR and Marketing. As our Human Resources Specialist, Rianne ensures that the heart of our company—our team—runs smoothly and efficiently. With a background in employee relations, compliance, and talent development, Rianne supports our mission by recruiting top talent and fostering a positive, productive workplace. With experience in digital marketing, brand management, and community outreach, she ensures our message reaches the right audience at the right time. Rianne loves spending time with her children and her dogs in her spare time. A fun fact about Rianne is she have bowled over 10, 300 games in bowling!

Ken is a Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of the Davenport/Bettendorf and has been part of our team since 2019. He has several years of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Trauma and Crime Scene, and Water Damage Restoration. He specializes in marketing sales, customer relations, and community involvement. In his free time, Ken enjoys playing golf, bowling, and spending time with his family.

Brian is the Business Development Representative for SERVPRO of the Davenport/Bettendorf and has been part of our team since 2023. He specializes in marketing sales, customer relations, and community involvement. In his free time, Brian enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Frank Wolsfeld is a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician. With a deep understanding of property restoration and disaster recovery, Frank works closely with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, and homeowners to build lasting relationships and deliver trusted solutions. He identifies new opportunities, educates clients about our full range of services—including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Fun fact about Frank, he is a former pro wrestler and fighting champ.

Brandy Marquez is a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. Brandy's strong drive and attention to detail makes her a valued team member. Brandy identifies new opportunities, educates clients about our full range of services—including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Brandy is dedicated to growing our impact in the communities we serve. Brandy's hobbies are fishing, cooking and riding dirt bikes.

Justin Veloz is a Project Director at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has over ten years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Applied Structural Drying.

Jason Kellerman is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. Jason's favorite food is pizza and he loves to fish in his free time.

Jordan Fedderson is our Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. Jordan is responsible leading complex restoration projects with expertise and dedication. His deep understanding of the cleanup and restoration industry ensures that our SERVPRO team continues to deliver exceptional results for clients facing significant losses. In his free time, Jordan loves spending time with his wife, 2 children, 4 cats and 1 dog.

Jennifer Deets is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. Jennifer's strong drive and attention to detail makes her a valued team member. Jennifer plays a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. At SERVPRO, our File Coordinators are the backbone of project organization and communication. Jennifer does a wonderful job at adapting and finding solutions when plans change. A fun fact about Jen is that she is a triplet!

Brandon is a Quality Assurance Manager/ Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been part of our team since January 2021. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage and specializes in water damage. In his free time, he likes to play video games.

Trevon Lee is a Lead Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has several years of experience and has been with SERVPRO since 2022. Trevon is a great role model and leader for other employees. Trevon likes hiking, playing basketball, playing video games and listening to music in his spare time.

Matt is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of the Davenport/Bettendorf and has been part of our team since September 2021. He specializes in reconstruction and rehab. Hehas completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars and riding his bike.

Jesse Walker is a Lead Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has been with us for six months and continues to grow within our company. Hehas completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. In his spare time, Jesse competes in programming tournaments. Jesse's favorite food is tacos!

Steve Cavanagh is a lead Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has been with our company since 2023. Hehas completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. Tyler Coons is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. Tyler is still new to the restoration industry but is a great asset to our company. Tyrese Leach is the Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf. He has been with us just shy of one year. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment.
