I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate what you were able to do for us. Jon and Janice were wonderful. I think they were at our house within a half an hour of my contacting you. They were friendly and concerned and took charge but in a very kind way. Jon was remarkably attuned to the stressful situation I was facing and they both kept a very good humor about them. What industrious workers, they were tireless. I am glad that I contacted SERVPRO of Cedar Rapids. Thank you again!
