Mt. Crescent provides the Midwest skiers, who don’t want to travel far to a place like Colorado, a great ski experience with many slopes to choose from.
In 2022, there were many fires in Crescent. Officials believed that the fires started from a train that started throwing sparks and igniting a bush and it spread from there.
