Workers were very prompt and efficient. Actually, they were early and did a complete job in no time. They were personable and answered all our questions and concerns.
There was a fire that affected my house, there was extensive damage done to the house because of the fire. There was a good amount of soot that affected the property. They did a nice job, packaging and cleaning my property. They quickly packed everything to clear the space to effectively clean. They scrubbed the walls clean of soot and did a good job. When it came time for my goods to be delivered back, SERVPRO of East Honolulu did so in a timely matter. They were able to return everything to me in one trip. The only thing I would say they could do better with communication. It would be better if they gave me a more through breakdown.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience with SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 9. Lorenzo and his team did a very good job cleaning up the soot from the fire damage. They cleaned up the inside exterior very well, I did see a shelf that wasn't fully cleaned but overall it was good. There is a delay to finish repairing and cleaning because of the insurance. There is no screen or a ceiling because of other contractors. But, SERVPRO of East Honolulu did a good job on extracting the ceiling and screen. We are still waiting for them to finish, but currently we are still very satisfied with what Lorenzo has done.
Lorenzo and his team have been awesome to work with on this cleanup and restoration project at a fire damaged building.

Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT.
