She was always supportive and encouraging. She was knowledgeable about things that I didn’t even know enough to have questions about. I appreciate her responsiveness and her professionalism during this difficult time. Josh was in charge of reconstructing my house. I was not initially sure it would ever be right again. He answered my MANY questions over the almost 8 months, and he did a superb job of putting my house back together better than ever. I am sure he cringed every time he saw my name on his messages, but he never acted like I was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was definitely in charge and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him build a house for me from scratch-actually this was almost as involved as starting from scratch with the addition of dealing with smoke and water damage. You would never know there was a fire in my house and I am grateful for all the many kindnesses, and skill of Josh and his construction crew.
