HISTORY OF PORTAL:
Portal, Georgia is a tiny little town located in Bulloch County. It was incorporated as a town in 1914 by the Georgia General Assembly. Being known as “The Turpentine City” adds a unique aspect to the town’s identity. With a population of around 600 residents, Portal truly embodies the charm of a southern, small town.
