What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. Long story short, had a water leak that caused a mold issue in my home. The next day a tech Chris came out inspected the problem. An estimate was given on the mold removal & the rebuild. The mold removal started right away. Met with John, who is in charge of the rebuilds, & Chris & all of my questions were answered to my liking. The rebuild was started & actually came in a lot cheaper than the estimate. The work was done in a timely & efficient manner. What I really appreciated was the fact John & Chris listened to my concerns & did all they could to handle them. The professionalism of Chris & John & the rest of the crew was top notch. I would highly recommend SP of WH & would gladly use them again. 5 stars for sure.
