About Us
SERVPRO of Miami Beach is the transparent alternative in South Florida's property restoration (mold, water, fire, specialty cleaning) industry. The Hrbek family launched the franchise in 2016, and joined forces with with the Iglesias family in 2024. Together they have grown the Miami Beach territory, and expanded to other parts of Miami-Dade and Monroe (Florida Keys) Counties. Team Hrbek-Iglesias has carved out its niche by providing lightning-quick, one-stop-shop project turnarounds to accommodate the special needs of commercial customers. In 2024, it performed what one client called "The 90-Hour Miracle" -- a complete restoration of a hospital operating room suite that saved a hospital's surgery schedule worth millions of dollars. "Every hour that ticks away means big losses in revenue for our commercial customers," Iglesias said. "Hospitals, hotels and schools cannot afford to shut down. They need their facilities back, safe and clean, like yesterday -- not two weeks from now."

My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. After a flood on Thanksgiving day, Rafael sent his team out immediately, and charged me a super fair price. Rafael, who was also my initial contact, made himself available 24 hours / day until the job was done, even though his technicians were already on it. The 1st tech Jose Almonte, who came to install all the equipment was extremely gracious and worked hard to figure out the best way to approach it. Freddy Lopez came when it was time to pick up all the equipment, and went way beyond his duties to make sure everything was left in great condition. Thank you!! I recommend this company very highly.
Hurricane treatment is not fun but Freddy Lopez made the process easy he explained every phase communicated time frames and made sure everything was left in its best condition…really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency! Request Freddy if you purchase the service you won’t be disappointed.

My air conditioning went out for a month, leading to a mold situation that left my apartment uninhabitable and destroyed many of my possessions. I highly recommend SERVPRO as the first call you make when remediating mold situations. I contacted 4 different companies and they were the most helpful by far. They came out the next business day to provide a no cost assessment and educated me about my options, what the role of an assessor is and about the particulars of my situation. By far their advice made the most sense and their rates were the lowest. Get their expert advice before you make a potentially costly mistake! Other companies were over 3x as much!
