Fire Damage Restoration

They came out at the worst time of our lives. A fire had opened up a hole in the ceiling of our home and it was wide open to the sky! All of our belongings were in our home! They packed efficiently everything.... even our clothing! The insurance covered us getting a new mobile home and after it was set up their crews moved all of our cleaned items back into our new home. I was so surprised with all of the items saved! They were professional and easy to work with!

We have a air sensor and every room tested bad. After they left today, our son tested the air in the rooms and every room showed green, so their hard work has made a difference for us.

As my husband and I are both disabled to say this was an overwhelming experience is a great understatement.  I just really felt the need to point out how your employee Mr. Ronnie Wilson, was beyond helpful, in every step of the way.  He really made your Motto "IT WILL BE OKAY" actually OKAY!  It is extremely hard to find a dedicated, hard working employee.  Someone who will go above and beyond their job duties.  Ronnie certainly did this and more!  When Ronnie told me something, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was going to be done.  But more importantly than even his work ethics was his compassion and respect for us and what we were going through.  

Due to your great job in restoring my home, and because of Ronnie's work ethics, compassion and just the way you made us feel it was going to be "OKAY"; I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to anyone in need of your services.

I had an electrical fire at my house in January. SERVPRO came out and were very nice to me and helped me through this difficult time. I can’t even tell there was a fire. Thank you SERVPRO for being there for me and my little family. 

We had a fire at our business and before we needed to call them, SERVPRO had come by and left a card for me.  Found out later it was due to an "alert" program managed by one of their resources.  This was awesome as the insurance worked with them to get us back up and running quickly and also got everything dried out and moved into a POD onsite as it was cleaned.
