Since 1967 SERVPRO has been a trusted leader in the emergency restoration space. Today, communities around the country are accustomed to seeing SERVPRO's green trucks and green shirted technicians combating fire, water and storm damage on a neighborhood cul-de-sac and in the middle of a busy city business district.
Locally, SERVPRO of Cape Coral South is owned and operated by Josh and Danielle Marazzito. Josh and Danielle are local, community stakeholders who care. Both Josh and Danielle are veterans in the emergency restoration community with vast amounts of real day-in and day-out experience. If you live in North Fort Myers, Bokeelia, St James City, or the surrounding area, you can call us in your time of need and we can get you back on your feet as soon as possible.
The primary work of SERVPRO is our fire and water cleanup and restoration work as well as our professional cleaning services. Our team understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage loss. It disrupts a family and halts a business. At SERVPRO, our goal is to minimize that interruption and make it, as our motto goes, "Like it never even happened."
When we say fire and water damage we mean to communicate a swath of services: water damage, fire damage, storm damage, mold remediation and professional cleaning services.
Our teams are highly trained professionals with certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, known popularly as the IICRC, in various aspects of restoration work.
