Had a water line break underneath our condo. SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast was impressive. Everyone was SUPER friendly and extremely professional. They were out to remediate the problem in no time at all, were back every single day to check on the status, and then remove the equipment. Due to their help, it didn't impact our rental bookings at all, and we couldn't be happier.
