Milligan is an unincorporated community in Okaloosa County, Florida. The town got its name from Rufus Milligan, who established the first sawmill and was one of the earliest settlers to live in the area. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
