Milligan is an unincorporated community in Okaloosa County, Florida. The town got its name from Rufus Milligan, who established the first sawmill and was one of the earliest settlers to live in the area. Hello!  My name is Kim, residing in Destin, Florida.  I recently had an issue with water damage in a unit at Fountainhead condominiums in Fort Walton Beach.  I felt responsible for this damage, so I contacted SERVPRO to help me resolve the problem.  Everyone I worked with at your company was very courteous, helpful, and professional.  There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner.  I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
