Laurel Hill is a city in Okaloosa County, Florida. It got its name from a large laurel tree in the center of the community. The area began as a small logging and farming community. Hello!  My name is Kim, residing in Destin, Florida.  I recently had an issue with water damage in a unit at Fountainhead condominiums in Fort Walton Beach.  I felt responsible for this damage, so I contacted SERVPRO to help me resolve the problem.  Everyone I worked with at your company was very courteous, helpful, and professional.  There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner.  I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
